Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is embarking on a multiyear transformation journey, establishing a unified operating model with a Transformation Office overseeing ERP SAP, HRIS (One SuccessFactors) and SSC projects. The Senior Change Manager will lead adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications for OneSF in year 1 and SSC in years 2–3, ensuring readiness and governance across locations.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large-scale change management programmes, ideally in HR and shared services.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-site, global environment.
Analytical mindset with knowledge of change management frameworks.
Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms and user experience strategies.
Experience with HR, Finance and accounting systems and SSC implementations.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
Demonstrated ability to identify business and project team capability gaps and develop programmes to train and uplift capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead change and adoption for the OneSF project and SSC implementation across locations; manage governance and risk.
Define and execute integrated, phased change plans covering communications, training, and adoption.
Engage executive sponsorship and stakeholder networks; align with Group Head Office and BU leaders.
Conduct CIA & readiness assessments; monitor risks, readiness gaps, and dependencies across sites.
Develop and localise communications; coordinate training and change actions with vendors and internal teams.
Support Go-Live readiness and transition to BAU; track adoption metrics and benefits realization.
