Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organizational Change Management professional to maximize adoption and sustainability of SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive readiness, engagement, and value realization across large-scale programs.

You will design change strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, create communications, and oversee training and enablement activities to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives within SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation methodologies, program lifecycles, and business process change.
• Experience in stakeholder management, change impact assessment, communications, training, learning and development, or organizational readiness.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Assess change impacts across business processes, operating models, organizational structures, and end-user communities.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, and change readiness plans.
• Create and deliver communication strategies and materials to support awareness, understanding, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Lead training needs analysis, learning strategy development, curriculum design, and end-user enablement activities.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to support business transformation objectives.
• Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change risks, developing mitigation actions where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional teams, project management offices, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders to ensure successful realization of program benefits.
