Job summary

NYP International is seeking a capable CET Programme Operations Lead to drive and support Continuing Education & Training initiatives within the School of Engineering. You will liaise with Course Leads, plan end-to-end delivery, and ensure compliance with funding and policy requirements.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, support proposals, gather feedback, and push learner engagement through CET outreach activities.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Good administrative and organisational ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Team player with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Course Leads to contextualize training materials and align with CET delivery requirements.
Plan and implement end-to-end CET programme delivery with minimal supervision, including coordinating trainers and logistics.
Coordinate with stakeholders on CET programmes, support proposals, collect feedback, and follow up to maintain service quality.
Support CET outreach through marketing activities, event preparation, and learner engagement initiatives.
Drive the use of the STEP portal, acting as a resource for colleagues.
Oversee CET training facilities and digital resources, recommending improvements based on usage and learner feedback.
Contribute to department-wide initiatives and cross-functional task forces, including process reviews and data reporting.
