Job summary

NYP Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking a proactive CET Operations lead to drive and support Continuing Education & Training programmes within the School of Engineering.

You will liaise with Course Leads to contextualize training materials, plan end-to-end CET delivery, coordinate with trainers and stakeholders, and help marketing and learner engagement initiatives under CET leadership.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data reporting, and effective use of STEP and CET facilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering and/or training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Course Leads to contextualize training materials based on course objectives and learner profiles.
• Plan and implement end-to-end CET programme delivery with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on CET programmes, supporting proposal preparation, feedback and follow-ups.
• Support CET outreach activities, including marketing, event preparation, and learner engagement initiatives.
• Drive the school’s use of the STEP portal as a resource for colleagues.
• Oversee CET facilities and digital resources and recommend improvements based on usage and feedback.
