Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) invites applications for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, CET Operations within SITLEARN on an 11-month contract. The role supports CET and SCTP programmes with end-to-end administration, learner communications and compliance across learning formats.

The successful candidate will coordinate logistics, manage stakeholder relations, and contribute to smooth programme delivery in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with at least two years in programme administration or operations.
• Experience in continuing education or CET operations is a plus.
• Strong record-keeping, confidentiality and compliance.
• Able to work independently and with a team under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with learners and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Zoom and online learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end administration of CET and SCTP programmes, including learner registration, attendance, and assessment coordination.
• Coordinate programme logistics such as venue bookings, classroom setup, and delivery in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage accounts and support billing and process improvements.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments to support operational priorities.
