ADYEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior CDD Risk Analyst with a strong compliance background to lead complex enterprise onboarding and to mentor the team.

The role focuses on high‑complexity onboarding cases, operation quality, and cross‑functional collaboration with QA, Compliance and Commercial teams to ensure robust regulatory safeguards. You will drive process improvements, translate policies into actionable procedures, and balance regulatory integrity with business growth while

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CDD, KYC/EDD operations or second line risk or compliance.
• Experience as QA auditor in 1st/2nd line functions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT standards across jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for complex enterprise merchants with multi‑jurisdictional due diligence.
• Translate policies into actionable procedures and coach the team.
• Maintain 100% quality on personal case execution and QC processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to optimize workflows.
• Engage with Merchants and Commercial teams during negotiations and escalations.
• Mentor a cohort of CDD analysts and lead training sessions.
