Job summary

Adyen in Singapore is seeking a Senior CDD Risk Analyst to lead complex enterprise onboarding across multi‑jurisdiction due diligence and regulatory risk management. You will mentor the team while collaborating with QA, Compliance and Commercial to streamline onboarding and uphold strict AML/CFT standards.

The role is based in our Singapore office; Adyen does not offer remote-only roles and emphasizes in‑person collaboration and hands‑on risk ownership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in CDD, KYC/EDD operations or Second Line Risk or Compliance role within a FinTech, Payment Service provider, or Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Adyen's most complex enterprise merchants across multi-jurisdiction due diligence and high-risk structures.
• Translate complex regulatory policies into actionable procedures and align team practices.
• Maintain a 100% quality assurance score on case execution and lead QC processes across the team.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate controls by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Operations.
• Mentor CDD analysts and lead training on emerging risk typologies and regulatory changes.
• Engage with Commercial, Sales and Account Management during negotiations to design compliant onboarding pathways.
