Job summary

Quiet Capital is seeking a Compliance Manager (Customer Due Diligence) to lead the CDD team overseeing high-risk onboarding for corporate customers, individuals, and card programs in Singapore. You will own the onboarding playbook and act as the quality gate before escalation to the Head of Compliance.

The role includes managing a CDD team, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring, while aligning responsibilities between Compliance and Ops and driving tooling and vendor governance with Product.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of AML/CDD/KYC experience in banking, payments, FinTech.
• 1–2 years of direct team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active CAMS (or equivalent) certification.
• Experience with card-issuing or card program due diligence.
• Prior exposure to digital assets, stablecoins, or cross-border payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CDD Analyst team, oversee workload distribution, coaching, and development.
• Serve as final quality gate for high-risk onboarding before Head of Compliance decisioning.
• Prepare case details for the Due Diligence Committee and present at meetings.
• Develop and maintain the onboarding playbook for Onboarding and Ops teams.
• Oversee periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring workflows.
• Ensure clear division of responsibilities between Compliance and Operations.
• Manage due diligence tooling and vendor governance with Product.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve due diligence processes, policies, and systems.
