Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Onboarding Operations Leader in Singapore to manage the full onboarding lifecycle for Financial Representatives, ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and registrations.

You will liaise with stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration with Compliance and IT, coach teams, and steer digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant onboarding/operations experience.
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge in financial services.
Experience in leading, coaching or mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee full onboarding lifecycle for new Financial Representatives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
Support daily operations and ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with Compliance and IT teams to align onboarding with regulatory standards.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Lead process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
Spearhead strategic projects with IT and vendors to implement tech-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
