Job summary

Adyen is seeking an experienced Senior CDD Risk Analyst to join our Singapore office. The role focuses on end-to-end risk reviews, complex ownership structures, and adherence to regulatory obligations across high-risk clients.

You will drive quality, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Compliance, Quality Assurance and Commercial teams to scale risk processes. We value an up-to-date regulatory mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance risk with business growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in CDD, KYC, or EDD operations or equivalent Second Line Risk or Compliance role.
• Experience navigating complex risk scenarios beyond standard checklists is required.
• Up-to-date knowledge on AML/Regulatory changes and perpetual KYC concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management for high-risk enterprise customers with due diligence and adherence to regulatory timelines.
• Uphold quality and consistency through regular QC checks and coaching.
• Mentor peers and support upskilling in quality standards and risk reasoning.
• Lead calibration sessions translating compliance requirements into daily workflows.
• Act as liaison between Commercial teams and external customers during complex risk discussions.
• Navigate high volumes and strict deadlines while managing priorities.
• Partner with product teams to support perpetual KYC and AMLR initiatives.
