Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior System/Business Analyst for Cards & Payments within the Banking domain in Singapore. You will analyze and document business and system requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery.

You will manage requirements in Jira/Confluence and engage with vendors and technical teams, with Vision Plus experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in System Analysis / Business Analysis with Cards & Payments in Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of card processing, payments networks, delinquency and write-offs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and card payment workflows.

• Perform System Analysis for credit/debit card processing and card payment networks.


• Analyze card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off processes.


• Analyze and support card transaction dispute processes and related payment workflows.


• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.


• Manage requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence, with Vision Plus where applicable.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in System Analysis / Business Analysis, with strong experience in Cards & Payments within the Banking domain.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


• Strong experience with Cards & Payments and card payment networks in the Banking domain.


• Strong knowledge of credit/debit card processing and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off.


• Experience with card transaction dispute processes and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.


• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred, along with strong communication skills and experience working with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
