Aufgaben

• Manage wok department and master technique across dishes.
• Guide line cooks to improve cooking techniques.
• Work with Head Chef during service.
• Order ingredients and inspect purchased items.
• Prepare and store raw ingredients, cooked dishes, and cold items.
• Oversee storage, refrigerators, and ingredient safety.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager on inventories and food costs.
• Supervise department staff and ensure proper ingredient usage.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and equipment safety.
• Complete tasks assigned by Executive/Head Chef.
