Mandarin Oriental Singapore is seeking a Specialty Chef (Wok) to join our Michelin-level Chinese kitchen. You will support the Chef de Cuisine with ordering, stock rotation, and training while maintaining top-tier quality and presentation of all wok-based dishes.

The role requires at least 3 years in MICHELIN-starred/high-end Chinese restaurants and prior wok, dim sum, or steamer experience. Expect a collaborative, high-standard kitchen environment with strong emphasis on safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a MICHELIN starred/high end Chinese Restaurant.
• Previous experience as Wok I/Dim Sum/Steamer in MICHELIN starred/high end Chinese Restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Assist Chef de Cuisine with ordering, stock rotation, teaching and training colleagues.
• Ensure Health and Safety legislation is implemented, adhered to and reviewed regularly in kitchen operations.
