Job summary

Wise in Singapore is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to drive high-impact partner integrations for the Wise Platform. You will coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Sales to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

In this role you’ll manage multi-market programs, navigate regulatory requirements, and build trusted relationships with major banks and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in banking/fintech.
• Experience managing complex multi-phase projects with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Extensive API and SWIFT payment integrations experience.
• Strong project governance with risk management.
• Regulatory knowledge for payments in different markets.
• Excellent communication, able to present to C-suite and teams.
• Autonomous decision-maker with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, managing end-to-end program lifecycles from kickoff to launch.
• Overcome blockers with strong problem-solving and influencing skills across business and technical contexts.
• Apply project governance to manage scope, timelines, and accountability across workstreams; identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage delivery risks for deals—project, financial, compliance, and reputational—with mitigation plans and closure.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners to ensure a positive experience.
• Explain fintech solutions clearly and lead process improvements for scalability.
