FactSet Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to drive large client implementations across Buy Side analytics solutions. You will collaborate with project teams, leverage deep product knowledge, and deliver scalable workflows while ensuring client success.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to guide deployments, manage data integration efforts, and provide training to maximize adoption and value for financial professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with FactSet’s Analytics tools is required.
• Experience in FactSet Analytics implementation projects is a plus.
• Strong technical background with analytical rigor and problem solving.
• Highly detailed with the ability to see the big picture and drive outcomes.
• Proactive ownership, initiative, and accountability for client success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• CIPM, CFA, FRM, or pursuing one is a plus.

About the Role

FactSet is seeking an Lead Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team to focus on delivering our Performance, Analytics and Risk Solutions to our clients. Implementation Specialists are part of a fast growing team comprised of subject matter experts, combining product and industry knowledge to help ensure customer success during implementations. Implementation Specialists are expected to be experts in FactSet’s Buy Side solutions. As an implementation specialist you will work with an Implementation Project Team to lead successful client implementations. Our Implementation Team is a key partner to our clients to support complex changes across their organizations, drive enterprise deployments of FactSet solutions, manage organizational restructures, and implement process improvements. Those in our core analytics team deliver our industry leading analytics suite of products to our clients. These people are problem solvers, have the agility to deliver solutions across on-platform and off-platform solutions, and possess the desire to provide the highest level of client satisfaction in the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large implementation and transformation programs at our clients at highest quality
• Act as the senior resources and sponsor for strategic client implementations
• Combine strong industry experience and FactSet product knowledge to deliver complex buy-side solutions for our clients
• Develop high-quality workflows for our clients that are scalable, supportable, and exceed our clients’ expectations
• Partner with our data integration teams to advise on extracting, transforming, and loading client and third-party data for use in FactSet
• Act as an expert across our analytics suite of products and improve your industry knowledge
• Collaborate with internal and external project management personnel to communicate progress, maintain scope and identify risks
• Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our products where feasible
• Consult and guide clients toward solution best practices
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs
• Document solutions to ensure supportability
• Facilitate transition from implementation phase to support
• Proactively identify and provide support to improve implementation processes

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Experience in FactSet Analytics implementation projects is a plus
• Strong technical background
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in offices globally
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact effectively with senior-level FactSet stakeholders and clients
• CIPM, CFA, FRM, or desire to pursue is a plus
