Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Manager to lead the overall business management of the IT function. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across key areas including contract and vendor management, business relationship management, IT performance monitoring and reporting, support for IT strategy and program execution, ensure structured and transparent resource planning, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts and align IT operations with business goals.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage overall IT business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee contract and vendor management processes, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and performance tracking.
  • Drive business relationship management to strengthen collaboration between IT and business units.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the execution of IT strategy and key programs by coordinating planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Lead IT employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the Quarterly Increment Planning (QIP) portfolio, ensuring effective resource planning and governance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and communication tools to enhance transparency and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize IT operations and service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT business management, operations, or program management roles.
  • Proven experience in managing vendor contracts, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with strategic planning, workforce management, and IT governance frameworks is highly desirable.
