Qualifikationen

• Relevant study in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or other relevant disciplines is advantageous.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client management will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold or warm calls.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions to drive the sales process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and recruitment teams to fulfil client requirements.
