VANPAC INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead and grow our logistics services for Government, NGO and Corporate clients in Singapore.

The role focuses on expanding an existing logistics network into a strategic revenue stream through pricing, proposals and tender submissions. Candidates should have 4-8 years in logistics or related fields, with proven negotiation and procurement experience and a strong industry network.

Qualifications

About the Role

Vanpac Group Asia, a leading international moving and relocation company with 50 years of experience and 15 locations across Asia, is seeking an experienced and results-driven business development professional to lead and grow our logistics services with the Government, NGO and Corporate space. We are especially keen to hear from candidates with a background in freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing or other logistics segments - this role is an opportunity to bring an existing logistics network into a new, adjacent business line and grow it into a strategic revenue stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new logistics business opportunities with Government agencies, Statutory Boards, NGOs, Embassies, Corporate clients
• Bring an existing network of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain contacts to open new business channels beyond Vanpac's traditional relocation base
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, tenders and contract submissions
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, key decision-makers and overseas partners
• Secure inbound and outbound relocation and logistics opportunities through direct clients and overseas agents
• Lead and grow this strategic business segment while achieving agreed sales and business development targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4-8 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, global mobility, or international moving/relocation - candidates from broader logistics backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
• Proven experience in pricing, tender preparation and contract bidding
• Familiar with Government and corporate procurement processes
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Existing industry contacts and business network - ideally beyond the relocation industry - will be a strong advantage

Salary

S$4,500 - S$9,000 per month, depending on experience, proven track record and business development capabilities. An attractive performance incentive package will also be offered to the right candidate.
