Smilepoint Dental is seeking a front-desk supervisor to lead patient services across our clinics in Singapore. You set the standard at the front desk, guide the team, and keep daily operations on track during fixed day hours.

You will manage patient bookings, collect payments, handle insurance claims, and communicate with patients. Join a clinician-led group that values service quality, teamwork, and professional growth, with a rotating day schedule and weekends as required.

Qualifikationen

• Front-desk or patient-service experience in clinics or healthcare.
• Experience guiding or training a team.
• Proficient in patient bookings, payments, insurance claims, and patient correspondence.
• Strong written and spoken communication; local diploma or equivalent required.

Lead the patient experience at an established dental group. You set the standard at the front desk, guide the team, and keep daily operations on track — on fixed day hours.

Work schedule: 5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

• Handle escalations and service recovery
• Oversee accurate payments, end-of-day settlement and timely claims
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations (reports, records, supplies, coordination)

What we'relooking for

• Prior front-desk or patient-service experience, ideallyin a clinic or healthcare setting
• Experience guiding or training a team
• Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance) and patient correspondence
• Strong written and spoken communication; a local diploma or equivalent (required)
• Rotating roster including one weekend day
