Job summary

jobster private ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with users and stakeholders, shaping problem statements and driving solution options through user journeys, prototypes and requirements management.

You will translate validated needs into actionable requirements, support risk assessment, validation and change management, and work across Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile/digital delivery environments.
Experience in user research, discovery, requirements management, prototyping and testing.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills with ability to work through ambiguity.
Facilitation, design thinking/service design and change management skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Work with users and stakeholders to understand problem space and define solution requirements.
Plan and conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and co-creation sessions; translate insights into needs and priorities.
Translate needs into user journeys, service/process flows and technical requirements; develop visual prototypes.
Apply structured business analysis to maintain traceability from policy to delivered outcomes.
Support risk assessment and validation; manage requirements lifecycle and post-release improvements.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure coherent delivery.
