Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Agile environments, experience in user research, requirements management and change facilitation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering with 4+ years in Agile/digital delivery.
• Experience in user research, business analysis, solution delivery and testing.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in ambiguity.
• Facilitation and change management skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand problems and define solution requirements.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Translate needs into user journeys, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support risk, change and continuous improvement activities throughout delivery.
• Ensure end-to-end collaboration across product, project and delivery teams.
