Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements and lead discovery efforts with stakeholders. You will analyse processes, design user journeys, and create wireframes to support delivery across Product and Engineering teams.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and hands-on experience in Agile/digital environments. CSPO/CSM certification and design-thinking experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile/digital delivery environments.
• Experience in business analysis, user research/discovery, requirements management, solutioning, prototyping and testing.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile environments is preferred.
• CSPO, CSM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Design thinking/service design and change management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs, pain points and opportunities with users and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, interviews and workshops to define problems and requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse business processes and user journeys to spot gaps and improve outcomes.
• Develop user journeys, process flows, wireframes and prototypes when needed.
• Support solution evaluation, testing, UAT and business validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, vendors and other teams throughout delivery.
• Assist risk assessments, incident investigation and post-release improvements.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
