Citi is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support the RES Global Business Execution Team. You will work on the Data Strategy & Management program to drive data governance, operating-model design, and process improvements across Corporate Real Estate services.

Ideal candidates bring 5–6 years in business analysis within real estate or facilities management, with strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering cross-functional projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end analysis, mapping, redesign, and governance of RES processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Drive cross-functional projects from requirements through implementation and tracking.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans for process, tech, data, and change initiatives.
• Establish process architecture, standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and drive adoption of best practices.
• Drive data governance with data owners to establish standards, quality, KPIs, and data elements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and tech teams to align solutions with objectives.
• Analyze business, operational, and market data to guide strategic decisions.
• Support POCs and pilots involving AI, automation, and digital transformation.
