Job summary

Citigroup is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support the RES Global Business Execution Team. This role focuses on data-driven decision making, process excellence, and organizational change across Corporate Real Estate.

You will work with global stakeholders to design future-state operating models and governance frameworks that drive performance and adoption of best practices. The successful candidate will combine domain knowledge in corporate real estate or facilities management

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Deep domain experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business change initiatives.
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, mapping, redesign, and governance of end-to-end business processes across RES, driving operational efficiency, standardization, controls, and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, project roadmaps, and implementation plans for process, technology, data, and organizational change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, standards, documentation, and governance frameworks to support operational excellence and business transformation.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, define future-state operating models, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Drive data governance initiatives by partnering with data owners and system stakeholders to establish data standards, ownership, quality controls, KPI frameworks, and critical data elements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Analyze business, operational, and market data to identify trends, assess performance, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Support and evaluate Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot initiatives involving AI, automation, process optimization, and digital transformation technologies.
