Citi in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst at Associate Vice President level to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Business Execution Team. You will partner with data strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives to improve processes and enable data-driven decisions.

This role requires strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear plans, roadmaps, and governance standards, aligning with shared objectives

Competenze

• 5-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Deep domain knowledge in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Construction Management, Occupancy Planning, or Portfolio Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead analysis, mapping, redesign, and governance of end-to-end business processes across RES.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for process, technology, data, and organizational change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption of best practices.
• Drive data governance initiatives with data owners and system stakeholders.
