Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in process design, workflow implementation, business analysis or data analytics.
• Ability to handle large datasets with good data management practices.
• Practical experience using AI tools and data platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; programming or data visualization knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Digitalise processes across Real Estate, integrating data and technology.
• Own data for RE analytics, design collection and quality controls.
• Gather user stories and requirements with stakeholders and co-create platform enhancements.
• Bridge business users and developers with clear user stories and testing plans.
• Maintain documentation, guidelines and training materials; escalate risks as needed.
• Champion AI tools to improve productivity and contribute to playbooks.
• Provide flexible support as priorities evolve across RE BMO.
