Job summary

Citi is seeking a highly motivated business analyst to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Business Execution Team. You will help design future operating models, govern processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve performance.

Working with data governance, stakeholders, and technology teams, you will deliver change through governance frameworks, project roadmaps, and strategic implementations that align with Citi's long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, mapping, redesign, and governance of end-to-end business processes across RES.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for process, technology, data, and org change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
