Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven investment analyst to conduct detailed financial modelling and market research for real estate opportunities. You will prepare investment papers and presentations for management review, supporting due diligence and coordinating with brokers and legal advisors.

Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, identifying risks, and providing data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, property finance, investment, asset management, corporate finance, or a related environment.
• Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.
• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment principles.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice when required.
