Job summary

GIC Real Estate is seeking a data-driven professional to partner with Real Estate colleagues and other groups to digitalise processes at the intersection of real estate, data and technology.

You will own data quality for RE analytics, gather user requirements, and drive platform enhancements across governance, risk, due diligence, and post‑investment reporting. You’ll write user stories, coordinate testing, and ensure clear documentation while championing AI to raise productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience and qualifications in Finance, Analytics, Real Estate, CS or IS.
• Experience in process design, workflow implementation, business analysis, reporting or data analytics.
• Strong data management background and ability to handle large datasets.
• Practical experience using AI tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python/Tableau/Power BI/Databricks is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RE and other departments to digitalise processes at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology.
• Own data quality and act as data owner for analytics needs.
• Gather user stories and requirements to inform platform enhancements in governance, risk, due diligence, and post-investment reporting.
• Serve as conduit between business users and developers; write user stories, plan tests, coordinate UAT, and track defects.
• Maintain documentation, guidelines, and training content; escalate risks to sponsors and leads promptly.
• Champion AI tools to boost productivity and contribute to team playbooks and responsibilities.
• Provide flexible support across RE BMO priorities and take on new workstreams as needed.
