Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Corporate Senior Business Analyst to partner with Product Delivery teams, translate business needs into actionable product requirements, and serve as a liaison between regional stakeholders and product teams in Singapore.

The role requires strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and experience with Agile delivery, Jira/Confluence, and collaboration with Architects, Engineering, UX and QA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise software, product development or digital transformation.
• Experience in business discovery, process mapping, requirements elicitation, business process modelling, data mapping, and test planning.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and iterative product delivery.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent collaboration tools.
• Experience within enterprise software, regulated industries, or mission-critical environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Hotel or Casino industry is advantageous.
• Ability to mentor Business Analysts and drive continuous improvement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead business discovery workshops and analysis for complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and customer needs.
• Elicit, analyse, validate and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
• Support backlog refinement and ensure items are well-defined and prioritized.
• Work with Product Managers to align requirements with strategy and value.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering, UX and QA to clarify requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in UAT, release readiness and business adoption activities.
