Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Singapore team at Paya Lebar Quarter. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers renewal potential up to 36 months and the opportunity to work on cross-system initiatives across cloud platforms and APIs.

You will lead discovery and analysis, coordinate with product teams and engineers, ensure traceability, and guide testing and deployment activities to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven ability to collect and synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• End-to-end experience with product teams to build products.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CS or PM related degrees are a plus; flexibility for deployments/out-of-hours.

• Plan and coordinate testing (functional, integration, regression, performance, security, UAT) and manage defects.
• Assess readiness for deployment, support stabilization and issue resolution post-launch.
• Provide guidance to other analysts and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

What the officer will be working on:

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex or cross-system initiatives; translate business needs and user insights into problem statements, process models, user stories, functional and technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with business owners, product teams, solution architects, engineers and vendors to assess feasibility and shape secure, scalable solutions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data and automation.
• Own requirements traceability and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution walkthroughs and stakeholder decision-making.
• Plan and coordinate functional, integration, regression, performance, security and user acceptance testing; manage defects through resolution.
• Assess operational readiness, support deployment and transition activities, and coordinate post-production stabilisation and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance to other analysts and undertake structured handover and knowledge transfer from incumbent officers.

What are we looking for?

• At least 7 years of experience.
• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• End to end experience working with product team to build products.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
• Personnel must be available for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours, as necessary
