Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge external stakeholders and internal teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support implementation of solutions for mobile, web, and cloud projects.

You will collaborate with design and technical teams, participate in testing, training, and change management, and help ensure projects meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Systems Analyst or similar role
• Experience acting as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams
• Experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, and solution design

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, documenting and prioritizing business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Support design, testing and change management activities
• Assist in project planning, tracking and reporting
• Analyse data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
