Job summary

AIA SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned IT professional to design, develop, and maintain BPM and Document Management solutions. You will drive delivery across multiple enterprise applications including Case360, CIS, FPR, and LEAP, ensuring high quality and scalable outcomes.

The role requires deep Java/J2EE expertise, BPM experience, and collaboration with offshore teams. Candidates should have 8+ years of IT delivery experience and strong cloud, container, and automation skills.

Qualifications

University degree in IT or equivalent required.
Minimum 8 years of experience delivering IT solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot Microservices and BPM/Workflow tools.
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external teams, including offshore personnel and service providers.

Responsibilities

Delivery of prioritized works to support new product roll-outs.
Manage prioritization and execution of tasks across enterprise applications (Case360, CIS, FPR, LEAP).
Design, develop, and maintain robust BPM and Document Management solutions to optimize processes.
Proactively ensure quality standards across development teams, offshore centers, and vendors.
