Job summary

AIA Singapore Private Limited is seeking a senior IT professional to design, develop, and maintain BPM and Document Management applications across the enterprise. You will lead delivery of prioritized work, coordinate with internal and offshore teams, and ensure quality and security across the development landscape.

The role requires 8+ years of Java/J2EE experience, Spring Boot microservices, BPM tools, and insurance domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years delivering IT solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and BPM/Workflow tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, including offshore personnel.
• Certification in Java/J2EE, BPM or workflow systems.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and business domain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prioritized IT work and support new product roll-outs.
• Design, develop, and maintain BPM and Document Management solutions.
• Ensure quality across development landscape including offshore centers and vendors.
• Align technical solutions with strategic objectives and optimize processes.
