Job summary

We are seeking a Java Microservices Developer in Singapore for a permanent role. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend systems with strong Java fundamentals, microservices architecture, and REST API development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience, good problem-solving skills, and familiarity with cloud-native environments, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.

• Design and implement REST APIs for scalable enterprise applications.
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for real‑time data processing.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) for persistence and query optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, testers, and DevOps engineers.
• Participate in live coding/problem‑solving during interviews and demonstrate excellent algorithmic thinking.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
