Job summary

AIA SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced IT professional to design, develop, and maintain BPM and Document Management solutions that enhance business processes. You will lead application delivery for new product initiatives and ensure consistent quality across internal and external teams in Singapore.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years delivering IT solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, BPM/Workflow tools.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Java/J2EE, BPM or workflow systems.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and business domain.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework and Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with JBoss EAP, JBoss Drools, and Apache web server.
• MS SQL Server knowledge and stored procedures.
• Experience with OpenText Case360, Software AG BPM, PowerApps/Logic Apps.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of prioritized works for new product roll-out initiatives.
• Manage prioritization and execution across enterprise applications (Case360, CIS, FPR, LEAP).
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BPM and Document Management solutions.
• Ensure quality standards across local and offshore teams and external vendors.
