Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking a Program Management professional to oversee customer projects in bioscience, translating client needs into actionable plans and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, risk and issue coordination, and the use of PM tools to forecast demand, ensuring successful client visits and business reviews across regional accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or closely related field with commercial acumen.
• Experience in client relationship or project-focused roles in biotech/pharma.
• Knowledge of clinical to commercial manufacturing transitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery per expectations.
• Act as internal contact for contractual obligations and client relationship health.
• Support client-facing activities for media development and non GMP pilot projects.
