Job summary

The Lonza Group Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Scientific Program Manager to oversee critical customer projects across Bioscience products.

You will translate client needs into actionable plans, coordinate execution with cross-functional teams and monitor relationship health to ensure satisfaction. As the primary internal contact for contractual obligations, you will manage risks, escalations and client visits, while leveraging PM tools and SAP IBP for demand signals and supply coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences field.
• Experience coordinating complex customer projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at senior levels.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery.
• Primary internal contact for contractual obligations and client relationship health.
• Support client facing activities for media development and non GMP pilot.
• Coordinate relationship health, risks, issues, escalations and system installs.
• Use PM tools to manage product supply and demand signals via forecasting.
