Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking a Senior Program Manager (CGT) to lead key customer programs and ensure delivery on scope, quality, timelines and cost. You will partner with customers, translate needs into plans, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.

This is an office‑first role with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of the time, supporting real‑time collaboration while maintaining strong on‑site presence and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; PMP certification highly desired.
• Experience in FDA‑supervised biotech/pharma industry with proven project management capacity.
• Experience in a CDMO environment highly preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research with experience moving products from clinical to commercial manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to expectations.
• Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
• Utilize PM Standard Work to manage projects and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver on scope with high quality.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle through collaborative relationship management.
• Develop and share PM best practices and ensure adherence to Global PM CoE standards, including data integrity in Planview.
