Job summary

The Talent People is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator for a permanent role in the East of Singapore. You will own federated BIM models, ensure data integrity, lead clash detection, and coordinate across M&E, architectural, and structural disciplines to deliver buildable designs.

You have at least 5 years in BIM within construction, hands-on coordination experience, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Forma.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in a construction environment.
Experience in drafting/modelling and BIM team management in construction.
Experience with M&E services.
Proficiency in BIM and VDC software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Forma).
Strong communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Assist BIM Manager in implementing BIM/IDDEP requirements, standards, workflows and processes.
Develop, manage and maintain federated BIM models with version control.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and prepare clash reports.
Ensure BEP compliance and submission standards across projects.
Lead and attend BIM/VDC and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
Prepare and submit BIM models, drawings, and clash reports per schedule.
Guide BIM Modellers and support design teams in delivering buildable designs.
Monitor BIM progress, submission status and resource requirements.
Manage the CDE and data exchange to ensure integrity.
Coordinate with consultants and main contractors on design and buildability.
