Job summary

The Talent People Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator to manage BIM standards, workflows, and coordination across project disciplines in an M&E context. You will own the central federated BIM model and ensure data integrity and version control.

Based in Singapore East, the role involves leading BIM/VDC coordination meetings, managing clash reports, and mentoring BIM Modellers to deliver coordinated, buildable designs while ensuring BEP compliance and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' BIM experience in a construction environment.
• Experience with M&E services and coordination across disciplines.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and BEP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards, workflows and BEP compliance.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models with version control.
• Conduct clash detection, prepare reports, and coordinate resolutions.
• Lead BIM/VDC meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare BIM models, drawings, clash reports and deliverables per schedule.
• Mentor BIM Modellers and monitor BIM progress and resource needs.
• Manage CDE and data exchange, coordinating with design and build teams.
