Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Senior Insights Manager to lead strategic consumer, market, and competitive intelligence for the Beauty portfolio. You will design and deliver a wide range of primary research, including trials and surveys, as well as pricing and elasticity analyses to inform product propositions and market strategy.

You will manage externally sourced market data, synthesize insights, and partner with Portfolio, NPI, NPD, and Commercial teams to support data-driven decisions across

• Experience in insights management and market research.
• Proven ability to design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Experience managing third-party research vendors and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of diverse research initiatives (user trials, owner surveys, concept testing, conjoint analysis, pricing studies).
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for product proposition, pricing and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, NPI, NPD, Competitor Intelligence, and Commercial teams to embed insights into product development.
