Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-category product portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of cost improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Operations team, setting objectives and driving high performance across operational delivery.
• Partner with Portfolio, NPD, Operations, Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement, Commercial, and CRO to operationalize decisions.
• Oversee launch planning and ensure on-time, in-full market launches across SKUs.
• Own SKU management, phase-in/phase-out, and prevent ageing inventory and obsolete stock.
• Monitor inventory health and drive cost reductions while maintaining product quality.
• Represent Business Operations on senior project teams and drive KPI transparency.
