Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned senior consultant to lead core banking transformation programs for banking clients in Asia. You will shape strategy, operating models, and roadmaps, while guiding multi-stream delivery and executive stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will coach consulting teams, drive delivery excellence, and collaborate with vendors to deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (min).
• 10+ years in a consulting firm with banking/FS client experience.
• Led large-scale banking transformations and operating-model programs.
• Strong client advisory, governance, and executive communication skills.
• Experience engaging CIO/COO/CTO and other senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end core banking transformation programs with governance and delivery excellence.
• Advise on strategy, operating models, and roadmaps across Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, Deposits, and Accounts.
• Provide advisory support on risks, prioritization, sequencing, and benefits realization.
• Manage multi-stream programs with stakeholder alignment and regulatory considerations.
• Facilitate executive forums, workshops, and steering committees.
