• Advise on ISO 20022, Finastra GPP and related topics.
• Facilitate workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and clarify requirements.
• Oversee deliverables, testing, migration, and readiness.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and know-how development.
• Lead and coach junior team members; ensure quality outputs.
