Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced data integration specialist to lead end-to-end data mapping and migration across core banking platforms.

You will govern data dictionaries and STTM artefacts, define transformation rules, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow. You will conduct data analysis to identify gaps, support SIT/UAT, and help drive regulatory-compliant data migration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in banking or financial services projects.
• Strong data mapping, data migration and system integration experience.
• Understanding of banking data concepts across Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, GL, CASA or Markets.
• Experience with Excel-based data dictionaries, data lineage and STTM documents.
• Analytical, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to SIT/UAT and regression testing from data migration/validation perspective.
• Experience with regional/offshore delivery environments and SQL/data querying.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data mapping from current to target state platforms.
• Own and govern data dictionaries and STTM artefacts for consistency.
• Define and validate data transformation rules and dependencies across systems.
• Act as main data contact with stakeholders in Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, GL and Markets.
• Identify data quality gaps and recommend remediation solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT and regression testing through data validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams, branch IT and offshore delivery for migration outcomes.
• Ensure mapping, transformation and migration align with business and regulatory needs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
