Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Banking Project Manager with over 10 years of provenexpertisein delivering largescale technology implementation projects within the banking and financial services domain. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, andendtoendownership of complex initiatives that support business transformation, regulatory compliance, and digital modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manageendtoendbanking technology implementation projects, from initiation through delivery andpostimplementationsupport.


• Define project scope,objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics aligned with business and regulatory requirements.


• Coordinatecrossfunctionalteams including IT, business users, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.


• Oversee system implementations such as core banking platforms, payments, channels, data, regulatory, and risk systems.


• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, developing mitigation plans and drivingtimelyresolution.


• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, information security standards, and internal governance frameworks.


• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks effectively to senior management and executive stakeholders.


• Drive change management activities, including user readiness, training, and transition to operations.


• Maintainhigh standardsof project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services industry.


• Strongtrack recordof delivering technology implementation and transformation projects at scale.


• Solid understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and technology landscapes.


• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.


• Proficiencyin project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).


• Experience with Agiledelivery frameworks(Scrum,SAFe).


• Exposure todigital banking, cloud migration, or enterprise system modernization.
