GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Data Governance professional to strengthen regulatory compliance, data quality, and governance within the banking sector. You will identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs), develop data flow diagrams and dictionaries, map data across regulatory, risk and reporting domains, and implement BCBS239 RDARR aligned controls across data sourcing, transformation and reporting layers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in Data Governance/Data Management in Banking/FS.
• Strong knowledge of BCBS239 and RDARR frameworks.
• Experience with data lineage, data dictionaries, and metadata management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance reviews and remediation initiatives.
• Knowledge of MAS reporting requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define Critical Data Elements (CDEs) based on regulatory needs.
• Develop data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
• Map data elements to regulatory, risk, and reporting requirements.
• Standardize definitions and data specifications for consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to validate data lineage and governance processes.
• Assess data quality across dimensions and drive improvement initiatives.
• Define data quality controls, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Establish end-to-end data lineage across sourcing, transformation, and reporting.
• Evaluate governance frameworks against BCBS239 principles.
• Conduct gap assessments and remediation for compliance and maturity.
• Support regulatory reviews and audits with documentation and evidence.
• Define data governance KPIs and issue management processes.
• Prepare governance reports and management presentations.
