GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Data Governance professional in Singapore to lead regulatory reporting data workstreams. You will define CDEs, map data lineage, and collaborate across business, IT, and vendors to ensure governance is robust and compliant.

The role requires 7+ years in data governance or data management within financial services, with strong knowledge of BCBS239 and RDARR, and experience with governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data governance or data management, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of BCBS239, RDARR and governance frameworks.
• Experience with data lineage, dictionaries, metadata, and regulatory reporting data analysis.
• Experience conducting BCBS239 assessments or remediation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define Critical Data Elements (CDEs) based on regulatory reporting and business needs.
• Develop data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, metadata, and end-to-end data lineage.
• Map data elements from source systems to regulatory and management reporting.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and validate governance processes.
• Assess data quality across completeness, accuracy, and granularity; propose remediation.
• Define data quality controls, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Support BCBS239/RDARR assessments and regulatory reviews with documentation and KPI tracking.
