Job summary

Percept Solutions PTE. LTD. is expanding its data governance and analytics practice in Singapore. The role focuses on gathering and refining business requirements, designing metadata models, and establishing governance processes to enable reliable data platforms.

You will validate platform features through UAT, prepare training materials, and drive user adoption, working closely with Product Owners, Data Stewards, architects, and engineering teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Data, Analytics, Data Governance/Management, or Enterprise Data Platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and data catalog concepts.
• Experience with Agile delivery, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with OpenMetadata, Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Define metadata models, business glossaries, and governance processes.
• Design and document governance workflows, controls, and stewardship processes.
• Create and manage user stories, backlog items, and release requirements.
• Perform UAT and validate platform features, configurations, and customizations.
• Develop training materials and support user adoption activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Stewards, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
